Julie Barkley is an Ottawa-based voiceover talent. She spent her youth reading anything and everything, leading to a career in libraries and reading to children (a most challenging audience!) All that reading has given her a feel for different author and character voices that she would be thrilled to share with you.
Julie’s voice can range from soft, young, bright, and perky for children’s narration to compassionate, serious, and intelligent for non-profit reads.
